1. Each participant will be offered:

ICMEM2007 Proceeding, ICMEM2007 Proceeding in CD format, ICMEM2007 Procedures and conference souvenir.

Take part in ICMEM2007 welcome evening banquet, dinner on Nov 4, 5, 6, 7, lunches on Nov. 5, 6, 7 and a Taihu Lake;

2. Extra fee of USD 120 is needed for the same author (the first author) who submits one additional paper;

3. The paper whose author does not participate in the conference will not be published；

4. Price of additional purchase of ICMEM2007 Proceeding is USD 50 per volume, of CD is USD 10 per piece;
