International Conference on Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics sponsored by Nanjing University of Science and Technology (PRC), Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (USA), Technische Universitaet Chemnitz (Germany), Kyushu University (Japan) and City University of Hong Kong (HK), which provide the global scienctists and engineers a great communication platform, were held in 2005, 2007 and 2009 respectively.
