Call for Papers

The 4th International Conference on Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics (4th ICMEM) will be held during August 11-12, 2011, in Suzhou, China. Suzhou, the cradle of Wu culture, adjacent to Shanghai in the east, neighboring Nanjing on the west, has been renowned as ¡°paradise on earth¡± and ¡°land of fish and rice¡± since ancient time.

The Conference is sponsored by Nanjing University of Science and Technology (PRC), Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (USA), Purdue University (USA), Chemnitz University of Technology (Germany), Kyushu University (Japan) and City University of Hong Kong (HK, PRC).

The last three conferences (ICMEM2005, ICMEM2007 and 3rd ICMEM) were held in 2005, 2007 and 2009 respectively. The registers came from United States of America, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, Australia, Japan, Italy, Korea, Singapore,  Indian, Czech, Egypt, Switzerland, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Thailand, Turkey, Romania, China, Hongkong (PRC) and other countries or regions. 1160 papers were accepted in the proceedings and fully indexed by ISI Proceedings (former name ISTP).
